Problem
How can we best integrate the functions and the roles these different users play to create a better interaction and transaction between themselves?
Secondly, with these users and their demography in mind, how can we make the product as simple as possible at the same time capturing their necessary activities?
Challenges
A major challenge that I encountered was HUGE TIME CONSTRAINT. Based on the demand from the product owner, I had limited time to carry out the necessary processes or research that will help fuel the goal of this project. As a result, I had to improvise on the best possible way to carry out this project regardless:
Iteration —— Wireframing —— Design
Iteration
With a combination of the brief and brainstorming, we were able to come up with suitable ideas and concepts that would make the application simple to use, capturing the immediate need of the user.
With this, I was able to have a better understanding of what the stakeholder or Product owner wanted. This helped the next stage.
Wireframing
Because of time constraints, I could not fully outline all screens at this stage, however, I was able to pen down at least the most necessary screens that became the foundation block for other screens. With this I had a blueprint of how the user flow would be.

Design
To create the best possible design , I created a simple component system that was used across the design, this greatly helped to fast track design and shippement to engineering.

Discovering
Within the period of this project, I was able to determine how each user that is - The Farmer, The Buyer and The Transporter can interact effectively using the product.
Learnings
- Identifying the best possible way to come up with ideas that helped a user complete his/her tasks in the shortest possible time.
- How wireframing can make or mar your designs, and how it’s crucial to a design process
- Detail and creating components and variants will save a ton of time in the future of any design project.
- No two projects are always the same, so treat every project like your FIRST!.
